[Namron] Dec. 7th populace CANCELLED

Kind of like the Castilian that was not. Well some people went to find a 
black shield in the middle of the road SCA CANCELED. I personal know a 
couple deferent people that drove there because they were not called. Some 
slip through the cracks.
