[Namron] Populace meeting location

Desserts work for me...  I assumed dinner because I thought we were
trying to make up for the food that Buzz isnt able to feed us at the
moment.  However, 7ish  is way past my dinner time and dessert would
be wonderful.

Agree on the needing more input on this though.
