Nope.  I've lived in Ansteorra and in the East.  Neither of those
kingdoms require you to have an AoA to register a name or armory.  I
am unaware of any other Kingdoms that *currently* require, or *in the
past* required, an AoA to register a name or armory.

I allow for the possibility that it might be done now, or it might
have been done in the past, somewhere in the Society.
