[Namron] Next populace meeting

To go along with this, Samarrah had made a suggestion that we make this
next meeting another Pie-pulous meeting.  Is anyone interested in doing
pot-luck dinner, or desserts, or whatever, since Buzz's will be closed?

The next populace meeting is a week from Tuesday, that being the third
Tuesday of the month.  Restating that a different way, it is *not* the
day after tomorrow.

That being said, Buzz's, the sandwich shop/club that we have been having
meetings at for some time now, is in a state of renovation.  When they
open their doors to the the public again, they will have twice as much
space and be offering a larger menu. They have been very glad to let us
have our meeting there, and want us to continue.  (Personally, I had
forgotten how much a hassle it was to try to go out to eat *after* a
meeting.)

But their building permits came earlier than expected.  At points, they
will have the water shut off to work on the system, and the interior
will not be friendly to a crowd of non-construction workers.

As the next meeting is on the first day of summer, we should have plenty
of light to hold the meeting outside.  Kelley and Buzz have in the past
told us we could us the parking lot (before they got the new air-
conditioning.)  So rather than try to change the location with only a
week's notice to people, we would like to go ahead and have the meeting
at Buzz's, possibly in the shade on the other side of the building.  You
need to bring your own chairs, as we won't be able to get in to the ones
in Buzz's.
