[Namron] Failure in trying to being a member

I tried to use the ansteorra.com website to register as a member
today, but it declined my card because the address does not match (it
says).  But there does not appear to be any other ways to become a
member.  I cannot find any "printed" forms that I might could use to
take care of this.

Has anyone else over come this problem?  

Any advice or points of contact that I could email?
