  I remember when I was younger at Med fair, someone had this lattice type enclosure that kind of kept kids "corraled."  it was made of wood, so it looked nice.  (this was only about 5 or so years ago, as when I was a kid, I am pretty sure my father just tied me to a tree on a leash, which would be another option for some of the kids  :)
