John, This is Ace, Yes you can unload right there by the stone sign where the medfair banner is.  As for room, I am sure there will be room.  If not we will make room some place.  Come and have fun.

bring a couple of very small (18" x 18" or so) tables
to hold a tray and some goblets, three wooden chairs,
my armor and some weapons.

If this much ios permitted, then I would ask is there
any provision for temporary unloading area?

Again, I know this is all old stuff to most of you,
