classes to choose from. Classes for the determined business majors, 
crafty art majors or even the intelligent biology majors, but what about 
a class that taught lessons in creating medieval armor? 

Not only would students learn how to create and form their own pieces of 
medieval armor but they could cook different types of birds for example, 
learn to brew beer and distill wine."
