[Namron] Request to the Herald(s)

I think I'd stick to actual Irish feminine names, nicknames are for
intimate company.
Scathach is a an actual name from the Tain, and means "of shadow or
darkness", but it may very well be male, not female. I'll have to
look... it's pronounced Skaw-thach.
There is Derdriu, "sorrow", which became Deirdre.
Emer, pronounced Ay-ver
Medb, pronounced Mayv.
Aife, pronounced Eef.
Badb, pronounced Bave or bive.
and my favorite from the Tain, Diechtine, pronounced Deek-tin-ee.

However...
You have specified the 14th century, being from 1300-1350 (good luck
with the garb studies).
Therefore, Christian names would be very likely, such as Moira for Mary.
Your best bet? Start looking for Irish Feminine names online, names
with histories provided. The Academy of St. Gabriel is an excellent
place to start asking (sca.org, go to the heraldry section, or just
google the academy website).
I'll keep looking if you want. I have some other places I can go
digging.
