Now I am fully disabled by the fibromyalgia.  has expanded to include sleep disorders, chronic pain, chronic fatique syndrome, and depression resulting from the pain and pain meds for 10+ years.

Your wife is very lucky.  of all the thousands of patients I have met in the last 20+ years I know of less than 20 that achieved complete remission.
