I know that they have pens of them in the  Spring at Atwood's.  They may have them other times too.

Does your town have a radio "Swap Shop" or something like it.  I used to listen to one when I lived in McAlester, and people sold live stock all the time.

You might also ask at you County Extention office about resources.  They may even be able to let you connect with some 4H kid who is looking to place a duck.
