[Namron] 9/20 Populace @ Reeves Park

We will be meeting again at 7:30 pm at Reeves Park this Tuesday.  Due  
to daylight concerns, I'd like to urge everyone to be there a wee bit  
early so we may get started on time.  The park officially closes at  
dark.

I attempted to reserve a room in the library, but they were booked.   
The university doesn't have open or free parking close to any  
facilities.  I will call Buzz's and get their status for our next  
meeting.  If they are still under construction, I will attempt to  
reserve the library again.  I will also gladly accept any suggestions  
for alternate meeting places should Buzz's be unavailable.
