Ok this is the deal as long as the products show up prepakaged there is no problem.  I have the trash can thing covered so we can have a bake sale and not worry about the Health Department.  So we are acting as though there was no mention to the bake sale cancelled.  I think I just confused myself.  Get the idea. lol
