[Namron] Recruitment, Retention, and a whole lotta speculation!

Ok. by now I'm sure most of you have read the post about the IHOP
incident.  I'm glad that it is causing reflection and discussion.

HOWEVER, I am not happy that people are now playing the "I'll bet it was
so and so" game and pointing the finger.

My decisision to NOT identify the person causing the upset was in hopes to
AVOID something like that.  I've had numerous people approach me trying to
figure out who it was.  I was appalled to hear the names of various
candidates for B&B suggested as the person who caused the ruckus.  LET ME
PUT AN END TO THOSE RUMORS RIGHT NOW!!!!  There was not a single B&B
candidate anywhere NEAR the person who went on a tangent at IHOP.  So,
please, people, do NOT use this situation as campaign fodder.  Pretty much
all of the candidates are people I know and consider to be friends, so I
would hate for their names to be maligned in such a manner.

In hopes of further squelching any more rumors and speculation, I have
identified the person in question to our Baron and Baronness for them to
take whatever steps they feel necessary for correction and/or guidance. 
Let's simply take from this incident, as was my intent, a reflective and
cautionary moment to think before we react...especially when representing
our Beloved Namron.

Now, no more rumours...and Ya'll all play nice!  :o)
