Last night I made it a point to find the manager and in front of our
waitress told the manager that she had done an outstanding job of taking
care of this noisy crazy group. I'm not sure how much it helped but I was
appalled that one of our own would act that way in a public setting.
Sometimes were are our own worst PR, but then again sometimes we're our best
too. Remember the Golden Rule and when you have a problem address it calmly
and rationally to the proper person. As soon as you start yelling, people
stop listening.
For those of you who rose to the occasion thru praise or tips, well done.
