What if instead of printing a big bunch of them we simply take orders and only print the shirts that have been pre-paid and ordered.  You get the right sizes that way and no extra inventory.

And, No, I don't want to organize and be in charge of it at this time....got too many irons in the fire...LOL.

It's a good idea, but it may be better for an individual to fund, or an idea for a merchant.
 
We haven't done decals, bumper stickers, etc. in Namron before, but we have done t-shirts a few times, normally for an anniversay event.  Unfortunately, any that don't sell have to be carried as inventory on the treasurer's books, and periodically counted, someone has to take them to events to try to sell extras, etc. etc.  It's a big hassle for the treasurer, and I, personally, having been a treasurer am all for making the job even easier than it already is.  It seems to work for some groups, and it may work for us IF there is someone willing and able to spearhead it and work at it.
 
My opinion, for whatever it's worth.

Many of us display “generic” SCA decals on our car windows or on our tote boxes and other goodies.  How about going one step further and designing decals unique to Namron and Skorragardr?  And while we are at it, T-shirts we can wear to proudly advertise who we are when the dress of the day calls for mundanes.
 
As Namron’s Herald, I call for our artisans to bring forth ideas.  I do not look for this to be a very expensive endeavor and it may even be a way to kick a few (insert your character’s currency) into the Kitty.
