[Namron] back with honey

I used the EC1118 in a cyser that i ended up pouring down the sink. I
dont know exactly what I did wrong but it was horrid. I have heard
Barat swear on 71b-1122 and I have to agree (not that I am anybody)
because I used it in my pyment and it was terrific. Higher tolerance
doesnt mean much if the stuff taste bad. Your going for a great
tasting drink, not something thats going to knock you on your butt.
Atleast I am assuming that.

Also, there isnt much to mess up either way. Straight mead is just
honey, water, and yeast. Make sure everything is clean. Combine it
the way the recipe states and be prepared for a LONG wait. Its worth
it, if you like mead, but it is a LONG wait. I have been making wines
and beer inbetween just to keep me happy and then doing the meads as
long term projects. LOL Ohh, and use your hydrometer before you throw
the yeasties in there. Write everything you do down too cause you
WILL forget. That way when you ask questions later on, you'll be able
to state exactly what you did and someone might be able to help.

Thats all my advice
