On the first Thursday in April each year, USAO hosts the largest
academic meet in Oklahoma, along with the Montmartre Sidewalk Chalk Art
Festival and Droverstock, an outdoor musical festival.  All three events
comprise the Spring 

Triad, scheduled April 6, 2006.  Community members are invited to join
the crowd of 3,000+ to enjoy the food booths and outdoor art and music

Looks like it is an all-day, weekday event, the week after OU's Medfair.
