[Namron] back with honey

I think that was my first type.  The straight mead was strong at first
but mellowed out and is really pretty good now.  The pyment was good
almost straight out of the carboy.  Used Barats recipes for both but I
think I screwed up the straight mead and added too much honey.  I got
impatient.  Good luck

What yeast are you going to use and what kind of mead are you making?
