There was a post today on the kingdom's archery list saying that Gulf
Wars this year is Full Contact only.  This includes archery and siege.

Anyone here planning on attending Gulf Wars who is only authorized for
Non-Contact combat should consider getting authorized for Full Contact.
Remember that in the melees, you can always yield rather than take a
blow.

You've got about two months.  While that is not a lot of time, it is
still possible.  Please contact the appropriate authorizing marshals.

And remember not to shot the Trimarians, at least not *this* year.
