returns July 29th, 2006 for another great ride to benefit the      

Maysville Public Library

Come enjoy our 

CRAFT FAIR, 3 NIGHTS OF LIVE MUSIC, CARNIVAL RIDES WITH MIDWAY, 

30-40-& 52 Mile Morning Bicycle ride, Motorcycle Poker Run and Rodeo in
the afternoon, and an Antique Car and Tractor Show

2006 Wiley Post Festival

 CARNIVAL RIDES FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY AND THREE DAY FESTIVAL

 This annual event is our biggest library Fundraiser and great fun for the
entire family!  While bicycle enthusiasts are touring the countryside
Saturday morning, their friends and families can enjoy the many craft
booths and food vendors at our festival  as well as enjoy live music &
performances. With Motorcycle events in the afternoon, an antique car &
tractor show and great live bands, there's fun for everyone!

The festival begins Thursday evening, July 27th with three days of
carnival rides...Giant Slide, Moon Walk, Round Up, Mind Winder, etc...and
our annual Wiley Post Music Festival beginning with FREE Open Mike
Karaoke. Friday night marks the return of JESUS JAM, a Christian Rock
Concert featuring the music of artists from all over Oklahoma.  Our arts
and crafts festival and musical performances begin Saturday as our Bikers
embark on a beautiful tour of the Oklahoma countryside. Saturday's music
performances begin at 10:00 a.m. .  Our Motorcycle events begin at 3:00
with a Motorcycle rodeo and a Poker Run sponsored by the Maysville Fire
Fighters Association. Poker Run information can be found by contacting Joe
Caldwell at 405-867-4737.  Saturday night we'll have great music and our
annual street dance from 8 pm to Midnight featuring live music by our own
home-town heroes "RUDE MOOD".   

Admission to the festival is FREE!  If you'd like to participate in the
Wiley Post Festival as a volunteer or as a vendor, contact Sami Robb at
the Maysville Library at 405-867-4748 or by e-mail at
mysvllbk at wilnet1.com.  Musicians, bands and all others who wish to perform
can call us at the same number.  HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!

(Vendor space for the craft fair on Saturday the 29th is only 20.00 and
space is still available. )
