I will be unable to attend the festivities this 4th of July as I will be working the World Pastry Forum in Phonix. AZ.  I will leave Friday June 30 right after school and returning early moring Wednesday July 5, right before my final exam for school.  I get to go with the schools pastry chef who will be working under the top pastry chef of Euorpe.  I hope to learn a lot of new things and be able to bring the knowledge back to Namron.
