Hmm I store mine in my garage.. lol but I have 3 refrigerators in there lol 
as well as a Double Keg refrigerator with built in taps... hmm I need to 
finish my garage bar.

You can store them at room temperature.  And once they are chilled, I'd keep
them chilled.

Storing them in the garage would be VERY bad come spring/summer/fall in
Oklahoma.

Got a spare closet/room?
