Unto the Populace of Namron:

I wish to offer my humblest apologies for not being as responsive as
I should have been on certain issues. Namely I wish to offer a full
public apology to Lord Wilhelm and Lady Agnese for not responding to
their request for the removal of the tents in a timely manner.

I have been checking email on two computers: my laptop and my desktop
machine. I had thought I had set up both machines to leave mail on
the server so I may obtain all email on both machines should one be
in use by my lady. Unfortunately, I did not set up my laptop
correctly. It would download the email and immediately remove them
from the server. This would not be an issue had I actually been
using the computer when it fetched the mail. However, since my
laptop supports multiple logins (one going to the background when
another account is in use), it would download email whenever it was
turned on and my account was in the background. What does this
mean? Whenever my lady would open up the laptop and do work on her
account, my account was active (in the background) and downloading
the emails before I saw them on my desktop machine.

I received a voice mail from Matthias Sunday night notifying me of
something happening on the list re: tents. I check my email on my
desktop machine and wondered what he was talking about as the last
email I had was dated march 16th. I had sent an email to Lady Agnese
on March 14th regarding the tents, but had not received a response on
my desktop machine nor had I received any phone calls. Tonight I
open up my laptop, and there it all is.

I wish to thank Matthias, Barat, and Donnchadh for their response and
volunteering to get the tents. I'll talk to them tomorrow at populace
to determine the final storage place for them.

That being said, please remember that electronic mail is not the only
form of communication (or the most reliable) we have. My telephone
number is listed on the Baronial website and in the Blackstar
(405-816-3876). If I do not answer immediately, leave a voice mail.
If it is extremely urgent, please call my home number (405-872-8775).

Populace is tomorrow night at Andrews Park. I will be bringing the
pictures I have of the tents for perusal. A website will be
available tomorrow as well for those that cannot make it to the
meeting. My notes indicate the following:
- Keep 4 tents that are in the best condition.
- Gift 1 to Skorragardr (Beltane was mentioned)
- Skorragardr has option for first in bid.
- 3 tents left for sealed bids among populace/other groups.
- Bids will be taken via postal mail.

My notes also indicate that table bids were to close on March 15th.
I have not received any bids via postal mail or in person (no email
bids please). I will therefore extend the bidding until March 30th.
Please mail bids to my home address (listed on the Namron website and
in the Blackstar). Include the amount you bid and your home phone #
so I may call you to acknowledge receipt of your bid.

So, to summarize:
- Profoud apologies, especially to Wilhelm and Agnese.
- Computers are only as smart as their users.
- If I don't respond to the list or personal email, call me.
- Tent pictures tomorrow at Pop.
- Table bids extended to March 30.
