[Namron] MED FAIR SET UP

Just a quick reminder we will be meeting at Reaves Park for Med Fair set up starting at 5pm Wednesday 29 March.  The "loading crew" will meet at "Fred the Shed" at 4 pm to unload our gear and transfer it to our vehicles.  

I believe we have enough vehicles on hand, but if you are available for the "load crew," please let me know in case we need back ups.

We also can use any sledge hammers you may have handy.  Lots of stakes to drive in this year.

Even if you can only give a little bit of time for set up, we sure would appreciate your help.  The faster we can get camp laid out, the quicker we can get to TAVERN!
