[Namron] archery bow

[Epperson, Sheryl]

Since we do not have a baronial archery marshal at present, I do not
know when or if archery practice will resume.
 
Generally we have started up again after the time change in the spring,
but without a baronial marshal, I don't know if there will be any
official practices.
