Just FYI Duncan,
  It is not you...I don't have my torsade scroll
either.  We have been busy doing invitations for
upcoming events and with HL Anya taking over as the
regional scribe we have been focused on Kingdom
scrolls for a little while.  I'm sure that the problem
should be fixed soon.
