I will be coordinating and orchestrating with the Loving Lady Kathryn atte 
Unicorn (event steward)
to find out when things are scheduled at Beltane and not in flux.
I don't want to overlap or conflict with other activities (overtly) so I'll 
compile a schedule predicate by the schedule of activities that already 
exists.

Genevria MY first concern is when it would be convenient for you.
I will modify everything else (if necessary) to take your availability into 
consideration.

That's what matters most to ME."

I'll try to GIT'ER'DONE before popul. meeting. If not I'll have to post to
