As Matthias already pointed out, there's no way to do this within the SCA's
financial rules.

One possibility would be to have someone *outside of the SCA* set up such a
database.  That person would have to be very open and honest about the
"doings" of the program because that would be the only way you would
convince other people to contribute to it...again, you can't use SCA funds
to even support such an activity.  A group of people within the Kingdom of
the East formed a fund *outside of the SCA* to reimburse some of the
expenses that the Royalty of the East incur outside of the SCA's financial

Grimmie, does it have to be financial?  Would a ride board accomplish the
same thing?  I know that people in the Barony help each other going to
Namron events, but do you need some sort of exchange if you're going to an
out-of-Barony event and need a ride?
