[Namron] Building Skorrgardr

I looked all over the web and could not find the color of rope rule I remember I guess it has been over 6 month and some one changed it.LOL
I think the rule was Yellow, Yellow/Black, or Red/Black at one time for safety.

  The ropes could be either color then, right? Black and yellow (gold) for the Barony or purple and white for the canton.
