I had the same problem with a copy of dragon heart , i got the same way 
I got a hold of the person that sold it to me and told him my trouble , and also suggested that it would be a good idea that he replace it of i might have to report it as being a possible counterfeit , 
he acted very fast , and i got a good copy ,
