[Namron] Combat Archery at Samhain

Greetings,

For those planning on participating in the Combat Archery Shoot at Eldern Hills Samhain Celebration: All participants will be required to be in full armour. Although the live target (Chivalric fighter) will not be allowed to advance within striking distance, this will put the archer on a level playing field with the target. Any Chivalric fighter who would like to be a target, please contact me or HL Brom.
