The ice machine should be able to keep up just fine.  It has never had
problems before.  We did fine at the rivers run event, and it was over 100
degrees then, with it being cool, should be fine.

  Good Afternoon,

  I learned last night from Danielle, our event steward, that the water
bearing budget for Protectorate is $15.  With this as the budget we need to
be very careful what we buy.  If anyone is planning to make a contribution
to the water bearing table, I will appreciate it if you will let me know
ahead of time so that I do not duplicate your efforts.  Any help will be
very much appreciated.  I am currently only planning to serve Gatorade and
water along with any donations we may receive.

  I also have a quick question regarding ice.  Will the ice machine on site
produce enough ice for us to use it at the list fields, and still have
enough ice for feast?  I am hoping that someone who has worked a feast at
this site before will know.

  We will also appreciate any help of service at the water bearing table.
People who are willing to take provisions to the other events like archery
and knife, ax, and sphere will also be needed.
