Hmmm....I wonder if Mint, and Lavendar, and sage would be good?

I don't know the "recipie" off the top of my head but its a mixture herbs incuding hopps and lavender sewn in to a little pillow that is supposed to assist the user in sleeping and having good dreams. The pillows that my friend made were about 6x6 inches and she put them inside the pillow case with the normal pillow.
