Nope the SCA is not a private group. Have you not read the BOD's
declaration that they have to follow the guidelines of the A.D.A. ? I
have posted this law repeatedly and areas to cover. Would you like to
see a recent letter to me from the President of the SCA showing where
the SCA has to comply to the A.D.A.? I could fill up the list showing
how the SCA is not immune. I had rather take it offlist since I am
limited to small responses or await the Moderators to clear or delete it
at their leisure. :-) Expect a ton of mail there bubba. Then when you do
get it I do expect a response on list from you.

Bubba get a grip. I am not a victim but the law is the law.
Chass, what law?  The ADA?  Section 307.  We're a private club, and
exempt from the ADA.

Is there case law that backs this statement up?  Please cite it. 

Please note that I'm not talking about what is right or ethical.  I'm
talking about the law.
