Greetings upon your return, my friend and clan sister.

While you may be unable to venture to our meeting tomorrow evening, I
look forward to seeing you again after so many long years.

This Saturday there is to be a bonfire and good company at the household
of Samarrah and Bjorn, in the modern town of Maysville, which I believe
is closer to you than we are.  There should be more information on this
in the next few days, including directions.

Long and far have I wandered to the lands both fair and bright, among
people honerable and true. But always and ever fairer and brighter,
truer and more honerable in my hearts eye shone the land and peoples of
my birth.  So now my long sojourn has ended and and I have arrived once
more to stay upon the soil and within the bosom of my own fair land.

I live south of you in untamed lands once colonized but not for long.
The journey to your meetings is not short one so, unfortunately, mundane
duties will keep me from you a bit longer but I choose this forum to
announce my arrival and perhaps to start a correspondence with those of
you who remember me of old or who are curious about this newcomer within
your midst.
