[Namron] Treasurer: Now accepting applications

Considering the selection of Donnchadh and Muriel as our new Baron  
and Baroness, the position of Treasurer of Namron is now open for  
applications.  Due to the urgency of the situation, we will be  
closing the application period at the end of the first Populace  
meeting in October (October 4) so we may have a Treasurer selected  
before the investiture.  Please send a copy to Donnchadh, their  
(current) Excellencies, the Nothern Regional Treasurer, and myself.
