You might check EBay.  I know that replica helmets can be picked up pretty cheaply.  They are not SCA legal, but that's not what you want anyway.  Perhaps you could get him one and then let him be a fighter for Halloween.  Terick was just adorable a couple of years ago when he went as "Owen."
