A plan: 

I look to the Barony to instead of judging those Brave and Foolish enough to be Baron and Baroness as to whether They are whom, what, or do as you would have them. 

I think it would be a wonderful thing if we can display Ourselves and create a cohesive functioning 
Barony !as we have been doing! and present this gift to the new Baron and Baroness. (If you do it .. they will cry)

(for those unfamiliar I'll take a moment and try to put Pooky thought into english)

As I see it, INSTEAD (IMho), that culture of Namron should shift. We should not hold them culpable to supply Our needs and to provide Us with the kind of Barony We want, desire, or often demand.

WE SHOULD (now how cool would this be)

We should supply Them with a fully functioning Barony. We should look to ourselves to be the ones responsible for working hard enough, utilizing Our infinite talents, finding reason to be inspired to do more and to create more wonderfulness, ... define ourselves in as many words and deeds as it takes, to disavow negative stereotypes concerning Namron from the minds and hearts of this great Kingdom, (awe ya! you feel ME, here I go ! ) 
When We have someone from anywhere come here to Namron they should feel as though We are the best hosts Ansteorra nay The Known World has to offer. 

And that's actually really easy to do:

The topic of conversation is kind and considerate because we are not concerned with other things. Just Kindness and Consideration.
The possible needs they might have are all pre-prepared for. We have enough hard workers to do everything that needs be done and enough Nobility to know what actions need to take place to make sure all the I's are crossed and the T's are dotted.
So now We have the Atmosphere and the Environment covered what else (rhetorical) the Activities well shoOot We have Beltain an event designed specifically for fun and games, We have Protectorate to test talents and skill we have classes year round and many opportunities to learn anything you could want to know from artisans and artisans of the battle field. 

Atmosphere, Environment, Activity, and Fellowship (PookyPooky) with these attributes We can create a veritable vacation destination for everyone to go to escape the poopy politics / precociousness / pariahism / of their places of play.

We can as an afterthought also enjoy how nice it is here too. I am pretty sure it is as easy as thinking in a decided way and devoting ourselves to the effort. I don't know of anything stopping us. We have taken many many steps in this direction, all we have to do is ALL OF US hold hands and walk towards what is good. Create THE~DREAM. 

Moonshadow's having an event this weekend. I happen to know it would SHOCK THE SNOT out of them if we went their and spoke highly of this Namron Philosophy of Happiness. or call it what you want. but feel it in Your Heart and let it be the mindset we present to represent ourselves this day forward for Ulf and Maleah and Dunnchadh and Muriel and Ourselves.

So Dunnchadh and Muriel My Nexelllencies congratulations and My condolences. If your names were Og and  Jizzelle (phonetic) I would support You just as fervently, but I am happy you are whom you are and I will be what You, Namron, THE~DREAM, and Myself need Me to be.
