[Namron] NEWCOMERS MEETINGS

There was not a large turnout for the newcomers meetings when they were held at Isobels house, I am not sure why. Maybe it was the time or the local.    I think that it would benefit the entire Barony if I use my discretion to choose a new time and location.  

I will let the Barony know when and what I decide.  I would like anyones opinions as to what they think might be a better time and location.  I would appreciate any ideas as well!!!
