Dunno about anyone else, but I am a packrat, in both a physical and electronic
sense (Yes, I know, big surprise).

If I may be so bold as to suggest:

Gather songs, stories, photos, snippets and bits. Anything that's donated
whatsoever. (Because, honestly, it has been my experience that oftentimes, it's
hard to get items _actually_ submitted for any project - be it a newsletter, a
book, a website, or pretty much anything. Folks may be excited about the idea,
but followthrough can sometimes fall short of expectations.) Plan on spending
at minimum, 6 months gathering stuff.

Get waivers for *everything* you receive. Ask folks if they are willing to have
things published in the newsletter, as well as in the compilation works. Share
your received materials with the local newsletters. The editors will _love_
you, and it will give the submitters an extra opportunity for 'word fame' and
also heighten anticipation for the finished project.

Organize the submissions electronically, in logical groupings, perhaps by the
Baronies and their cantons. Let folks know that their submission _will be used_
in the grouping most applicable, and let them give feedback as to what that is.

Focus on Namron and its Cantons first.
- artwork
- photos
- stories
- poetry
- songs

put something together. Send a copy to Annes - the Kingdom Historian - and to
the Crown, and keep a copy for the Baronial and Canton Historical archives.
Sell the item at a nominal fee above cost, for a special fundraiser for your
group. Or give away copies at cost, just to spread, if I may quote Pooky,
The~Love. :)
