[Namron] Web site changes

We have a new Virtual Scribe, HL Aldric de Kerr, and he is working on
changing the layout, to make it easier to use.  I will drop a line when he
gets that done:)

On the other hand the Wiesenfeuer  site is so inaccessible that I can never
find the officers page.  Thanks again Ulf for all your hard work on our
