[Namron] Rapier classes in Skorragardr

Lord Cormac, 

I pray thee share thy knowledge with those of us who are curious and interested but know little of the requirements.  I know that I am not capable of fighting for the faire Canton nor Barony with heavy weaponry.  However, I may be able to assist in the defense of these great lands as a rapier fighter.  What are the physical requirements to be able to fight with such weaponry?  

I eagerly await thy response either through the magical box that transmits messages or the magical calling device at my home [364-0270] or even the portable magical calling box [623-2618].
