Tassels!!  Bind the 'neck' of the tassel with some black, and you have 
Ansteorran tassels - perfect for a heraldic display addition, draped on the 
front section of a tent, or on a dance belt, or on barding for pets, or draped 
on your chair cover, or... :)

All sorts of things to be done with tassels!
