[Namron] Concerning Populace for Tue 1/16

Considering that school has been cancelled for Tuesday, January 16, I  
have placed an inquiry to the Norman Public School offices to inquire  
as to whether anyone will be present to open the building for our  
Populace meeting.  The person I spoke with said "That's a very good  
question," and said she would consult the superintendent when he  
emerges from his morning meeting.

Further updates will be posted as I learn them.

OU's provost has issued a "Common Sense" memo to all faculty and  
staff, urging professors and supervisors to use "common sense" with  
those who may still be feeling the effects of this ice storm.  I  
would advise the same to all out there.  If it's even remotely  
dangerous, please do not risk it.
