[Namron] Med Fair Planning Conference

I would like to invite you to an informal Med Fair planning session at 8 pm
Monday 29 January at New York Pizza in Norman.

 

I want this to be an opportunity to kick around ideas and suggestions that
will make this our best Fair ever.  Mainly, what good things did we do last
year can we do even better this year, and what not so good things must we
improve upon for this year?  And of course great food and drink will be
available.  Yes, they do have a full bar and bring your best appetite as the
food is outstanding and very reasonably priced.

 

Even if you do not have any ideas or suggestions, please come and enjoy the
camaraderie and help make this showcase event a premier success.

 

New York Pizza is located at 217 W. Boyd St. which is on Campus Corner
straight across from the OU Campus.  Parking is usually not a problem on
Monday nights.

 

And if you could, please fire me an e-mail or ring me up to let me know if
you will be coming so I have an idea how many tables to commander.
