[Namron] Children's Classes at Laurel's FD...Teachers Needed!

Greetings All!

I first must apologize for the lateness of this email.  Mundanity has struck stronger that usual, and I am still trying to recuperate!

I am needing teachers for children's classes for the Laurel's Field Day.  We are hoping for something A&S related, but will listen to any ideas submitted.

It would only require an hour or so of the day, but would give back so much more!  We must all do our part to help mold the young minds in our society as they are our future.  A little bit of guidance mixed with some fun is worth more than it's weight in gold for years to come!  

Something to help ease the minds of those considering volunteering is we will have class size limits.  So, if you are worried about having too many children in one class, we can make accommodations for you.  Just let me know.  Also, the normal age range for children's activities/classes are ages 5 and above.  But, if your class has certain age requirements, we can help you on that as well.  You have heard many times that MOC's are not baby-sitters, I do not expect for you to be one either!  

If you have any other questions or concerns about volunteering, please let me know, and I'm sure we can work something out!  Remember, the only stupid question is the one left unasked!  This also does include proper scheduling so you can attend your classes as well!

Also, if we have already spoken about teaching a children's class (Or donated supplies), please contact me so we can talk about the necessary arrangements.  Unfortunatly, I do not have all of your contact information, and I need to see if we can get the ball rolling on this.  :  )
