[Namron] Protectorate

It is a perpetual protected date on the kingdom calendar.  I think it actually takes a complicated process for us to move to another date.  All baronies and provinces get one protected date.

The protected date is one of the reasons Mooneschadowe wanted to become a province.  It is one of the perks of moving up from being a shire.
