[Namron] Beltane Archery Competition Question

If I remember correctly, the Tug-o-War is one of the first games in the line
up.  That would put Archery as probably starting when it is still morning
(or, shortly after noon if we're not so timely).  In other words, if you
don't have to do anything other than leave site and head to your mundane
responsibilities, you should have time to participate.  I hope this is a
little more helpful.
