[Namron] Protectorate

Your Excellency-
 
I received your written confirmation of a room for two inside the feast hall for Protectorate.  I have a few questions.  Are there restrooms and showers inside as well?  Do we need to bring cots and/or bedding (I assume bedding)?
 
I notice that there is a Tavern on the website.  I assume one can also then not need to bring food.  Sorry, I have a LOT of questions as I am new to the Barony and have never been to this site.
 
Would it be acceptable to call you?  If so, would you please share your number?
